We're over the moon with delight over this place. It's
quiet, no traffic, surrounded by the best bushland in the world. We
expect to be moving in in early to mid February.
Not quite our house yet, and when it is, it'll be the bank's, but this is our new home! Today, we agreed on a price with the vendor.
It's on the Eastern side of Mount Kuring-gai, on the northern outskirts of Sydney. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the back garden adjoins Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.

This is the front garden. When we were inspecting the house last weekend, a wallaby was grazing there! I think she's the reason the current owners have mesh on the garden....
